Tile repairs in (c) openigloo bathroom were done poorly and (c) openigloo over the 2.5 years of (c) openigloo residing there we had to (c) openigloo have them repaired several times, (c) openigloo they never used the correct (c) openigloo tile filler so it kept (c) openigloo calling off and creating a (c) openigloo mold issue. sometimes the door (c) openigloo to the roof was left (c) openigloo open and pigeons would get (c) openigloo inside the building causing a (c) openigloo mess.

very quiet building, couple blocks (c) openigloo from multiple super market and (c) openigloo the q &4-5-6 lines, the (c) openigloo super is very responsive and (c) openigloo helpful, the building is older (c) openigloo but when issues arise they're (c) openigloo fixed pretty quick,
Cons:
the hallways don't get cleaned (c) openigloo that often, had some issues (c) openigloo with packages being stolen but (c) openigloo that's not the building fault (c) openigloo really, had some issues with (c) openigloo leaks from a lot of (c) openigloo rain recently but I'm told (c) openigloo they're working on fixing it

In between 1st and 2nd (c) openigloo Ave, which placed you close (c) openigloo to many restaurants, bars, laundry, (c) openigloo etc., but was a quite (c) openigloo block. The supper was responsive (c) openigloo about 85% of the time. (c) openigloo I lived there 2 years (c) openigloo and saw 2 cockroaches, but (c) openigloo never any rodents.
Cons:
Very narrow apartment. It was (c) openigloo once a studio that had (c) openigloo a wall added to create (c) openigloo a 1 bedroom. Ideal for (c) openigloo 1 person, tight on space (c) openigloo when two people live there. (c) openigloo You could not comfortably have (c) openigloo more than 3 people in (c) openigloo the apartment - so it (c) openigloo is not good to have (c) openigloo company over. Very little counter (c) openigloo space in the kitchen. The (c) openigloo pictures I have seen online (c) openigloo of it now are AI-generated (c) openigloo and not the real space.
Advice to owner:
Update appliances, clean the hallways of the building.

Updated appliances and fixtures, exposed (c) openigloo brick (on top floor) and (c) openigloo roof access. High ceilings, cozy (c) openigloo during fall months. Huge shower.
Cons:
Horrible radiators, noisy and so (c) openigloo hot. Poor pest control, no (c) openigloo natural light, narrow living space.
Advice to owner:
Lower the price for what these units offer
