The water pressure is good and I like the location. The interior of the apartment is designed not so badly.

Everything else. The exterior of this building is a disaster with strung out addicts and crazy people making the stoop their home. There is some kind of a non profit medical clinic right next door so this is partially why. The other reason is the neighbors in one of the top units are deeply mentally unwell. They have stolen our food and amazon deliveries at every opportunity. They try to prop the front door open constantly which jeopardizes the safety of the other tenants (not to mention anyone can steal packages now). The top floor of the building is covered in trash. The trash has started to spread to the third floor as well. They are constantly up to some crazy things, crawling around on the fire escapes and yelling as well as constantly smoking indoors. In the inside lately there is some kind of debris (maybe drywall) all over the steps. Nobody does anybody about it. The building is infested with both mice and cockroaches. The property managers usually send extremely inept exterminators and plumbers who apply band-aid solutions to the problems and do not attempt to actually solve the problems. The landlords are typical awful landlords in this city and won't respond past the absolute essential requirements. But the main problem is this building is genuinely a slum and the landlords will not address it. Avoid living here at all costs.
Advice to the owners
Demolish this property.
