Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Joseph Pane reveal a mixed management approach. While some properties boast friendly neighbors, convenient locations, and attentive staff, others suffer from persistent issues including poor cleanliness, ineffective pest control with roach and bedbug infestations, frequent leaks, and building neglect. Tenants consistently mention slow or inadequate owner responsiveness and subpar maintenance resulting in mold, damage, and unaddressed repairs. Garbage management varies widely, affecting neighborhood cleanliness. The landlord appears reluctant to invest in significant improvements, leading to dissatisfaction and building conditions described as slum-like by some. Prospective renters should anticipate variable experiences and approach with caution.
