Great location, appliances, and building.
Cons:
Proximity to 2nd avenue may cause some noise. washer/dryer combo machines can take a while and shake.

Beautiful pre war apartments and original details Friendly neighbors aside from one that lives pretty dirty They vacuum the hallway carpets every week Great location near central park
Cons:
Rent increased an insane amount for an old walk-up apartment with no laundry in the building or an updated kitchen, although we had been living there for 3 years
Advice to owner:
Respect tenants that have been there awhile and have kept the apartment in good shape
