Nice but needs help
Pros
Nice and small 3 floors and quiet Big rooms nice space for a family
Cons
Not common but once there was a mouse problem. Construction started in first floor and bed bugs came up to my floor thank god it was taken under control. Building is getting old needs maintenance but is still a good building to live in.
Advice to the owners
If your gonna charge more for rent at least invest into making the building more modern and fix the apartments up
