Worst pest problems I’ve experienced in New York
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train station, roof access, laundry in building
Cons:
This building has the worst mouse and cockroach infestation I have ever experienced. I probably caught close to 50 mice while living here and hundreds of roaches. The management company will not do repairs on the apartment or respond to requests. The apartment flooded 3 times while I lived there.
Advice to owner:
Respond to complaints about water damage and pests

Bad, unresponsive landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building. Larger apartments. No issues with heat or hot water.
Cons:
Landlord completely unresponsive. Most appliances fail and are not repaired. Basement floods many times with rain water and SEWAGE backup.
Advice to owner:
Advise to landlord- manage the building. Even just a little.
