Nice building, walls a little thin

Pros

Well maintained building, nice brick interior, management office across the street, quick responses to issues.

Cons

Thin walls, if your upstairs neighbor is a heavy walker it will sound like thunder, but that's pretty standard for old buildings. Only the bedroom has windows, so the living room and kitchen area does not get much light.

Not bad, not good!

Pros

I liked the size as it is perfect for just one person. Whenever a maintenance order was put in, it was usually resolved within a few days.

Cons

The rent is absurd for what you are getting. We had to beg the landlord to get a security camera/update the locks as there were multiple packages stolen and many people tried to break in. It is now resolved.
