Amazing building, lots of street noise

Pros:
Super is very responsive, price is fair, and can not hear neighbors
Cons:
The windows don’t do much to block out the noise of being on an Avenue if you are in the front of the building

Great location right next to the train

Pros:
Great location right next to express train, riverside park, and Central Park. Very good property manager.
Cons:
Pest control could be improved (sometime saw cockroaches).
