Great building, enjoyed living there

Appreciated how quiet the building was, easy to get problems solved.

Cons

The door was always slightly too small for the frame, so whenever people would shut doors, it would rattle. I just fixed it by temporarily placing towels there.

roaches and other bugs (even tho building does pest control); it's an old building; sometimes the heat went out in the winter altho mgmt was responsive to complaint
