Prime Location, but Thin Walls and Ceilings
Former Tenant
Pros:
Located near transit hub and easy access to Manhattan. Super did a pretty good job and is friendly. Building laundry is pretty empty during off peak times. Layout of the studio is spacious.
Cons:
The walls and ceilings are super thin so you can hear your neighbor's tv or upstairs neighbors yell on the phone. Not everyone works 9-5 so your neighbor may be loud when you try to sleep for your morning job. The building only fixes major damages promptly; minor damages will not be fixed.

excellent location with poor management, roaches, and lost delivery
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway station (E, F, R, 7)
Cons:
Poor management.
Roach infestation. The day we moved in, we came across several cockroaches, and no matter how we tried, they kept coming. You will lose your deliveries. I lost several packages because renters stole them.
The noise level is high.
Advice to owner:
Make more of an effort to address the roach infestation, such as cleaning the garbage chute.

Terrible building and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location .
Cons:
Horrible management and doesn’t take care of anything . I complained multiple times about noise from neighbors and no one does anything . Packages get stolen from main lobby and even they have cameras , the management isn’t doing enough to stop it . They just don’t care . They only want monthly rent and that’s it .
Advice to owner:
Take care of building and tenant complaints .
