Lots of issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a good location
Cons:
The dryers broke down in February and still have not been fixed. It takes several minutes to get hot water. Have to make sure hot water is running in the sink before turning on the dishwasher or else there won’t be hot water during the cycle. Our freezer completely shuts off at least once a week.

Buggy, dim, fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet street next to the Q and 4/5/6 and Whole Foods - just a great location all around for pretty much anything.
Cons:
One room had great lighting, the other bedroom and the living room had no natural light as the window was the brick wall of the next building, so no air flow either. Also had a bug problem. Packages regularly stolen from the front.
