Amazing hidden gem

Pros

Low rent for a 2 bed 2 bath. Very renovated, windows in every room. Large living space with in unit laundry and dishwasher. Overall great apartment, responsive landlord.

No Real Complaints

Pros

Great super and great sized apartment Really small building and nice neighbors who bring in packages Management is good about any issues--we had a broken dishwasher and they replaced next day No real pests issues, the odd sighting of a roach was immediately met with an exterminator

Cons

Right next to a bar (honestly a great place with great staff) and a dorm so sometimes can hear people partying but that was never a problem for me In midtown so relatively quiet at night so if you are looking for a stronger going out scene you might struggle Walkup building No rooftop access
