Great deal for location, but there are building problems
Pros
We got a great deal for this apartment. We paid 2550 for a 2-bedroom. This is in the heart of Clinton hill, a 20 minute walk from the park.
Cons
We had a cockroach problem. We had an exterminator come spray once a month but we had to buy our own bait to fix the problem. We also had a mouse at one point. We had packages stolen. The landlord / management company was negligent and disorganized. There is not an efficient way to log problems. We have to call the landlord- which means no paper trail and problems get swept under the rug. The management is rude. The laundry machines in the building require quarters and do not always work.

Roach infestation, poorly managed, not responsive, gas leaks!!! Dirty, weird smell, dead rats keep appearing
