Classic Prewar Building

Pros

Responsive management and super, and is overall very clean

Cons

The heat is just obscenely high and can get very uncomfortable if doors and windows are kept closed.

Great and Clean Building in Lenox Hill

Pros

The super is so fantastic. He was so responsive and so nice to chat with. The building is quiet in the back end, clean hallways.

Cons

Upstairs neighbors can be loud with dogs. Sometimes when it’s during school season it gets loud on the street.
