Solid Starter Apt
Pros
Building is very clean and quiet, and the in unit amenities (including washer dryer/dishwasher) are really great for the price.
Cons
The apartment wasn't cleaned well when I moved in, and there was some rust around the drain in the bathtub. Otherwise, not much else to complain about for a pre-war renovated unit.

Really great apartment
Pros
Never seen a mouse or a roach in my 3.5 years here, good-tasting tap water, good garbage management, really quiet neighbors. I’ve outgrown this apartment, so I have to move. But I’m lucky that my time here was stress-free.
Cons
The stairs are a bit dusty and the building’s appearance is not maintained very well, but this doesn’t matter much to me because I’ve always felt safe and clean living here.
Advice to the owners
