Really great apartment

Pros:
Never seen a mouse or a roach in my 3.5 years here, good-tasting tap water, good garbage management, really quiet neighbors.
I’ve outgrown this apartment, so I have to move. But I’m lucky that my time here was stress-free.
Cons:
The stairs are a bit dusty and the building’s appearance is not maintained very well, but this doesn’t matter much to me because I’ve always felt safe and clean living here.
Advice to owner:
I don’t have any advice!
