Review Summary for Waterfront Property Management
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for buildings managed by WATERFRONT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT show a mixed tenant experience. While some properties, like 834 Quincy Street, are praised for cleanliness, good lighting, and responsive management during weekdays, many others suffer from serious issues including poor maintenance, pest problems, heating failures, and safety concerns such as gas leaks. Tenant feedback frequently cites slow or unresponsive communication from the landlord, especially during weekends and emergencies. Garbage management and building upkeep consistently receive low marks. Prospects should anticipate variable conditions depending on the building, with notable complaints about neglect and inadequate landlord presence in several locations.

Nice and clean!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really clean and well kept apartment units, didn't see a single roach or mouse in years living there. Also just a great neighborhood and location. Apt got so much light too.
Cons:
Had some issues with USPS mail not getting delivered due to trash blocking mailbox. Also roof isnt super well maintained.

Decent, Great price, Good location
Former Tenant
Pros:
During the week the landlord is very responsive and fixes issues easily, clean, cheap, goof location
Cons:
If something goes wrong on Friday, even in the case of an emergency, the landlord is completely uncontactable and it goes to a call back service that they don't seem to pay attention to

Real New York Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
No real complaints about my bedroom.
Cons:
The overall building is old, takes getting used to. Bathroom sink and toilet water pressure sucks.
Advice to owner:
Need new toilets and a new sink. Shower grout needs to be redone.

Awful apartment experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not much other than the roommates
Cons:
The floors and bathroom were gross. The super was never present. The rooms were too small for the price of rent. And the stove had too many gas leaks. We were sold snake oil.
Advice to owner:
Be a more present landlord.
