The neighborhood and good restaurants and stores in the area.
Too many mice. If you live in a basement apartment, it floods when it rains. They renovated the kitchens and the kitchen cabinets are really cheap. They never do repairs and if they do, the work is of poor quality. They don’t always plow the parking lot when it snows.
You shouldn’t be in the business of being a landlord.
