Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

The buildings managed by William Guerrero offer generally spacious apartments with decent natural light and favorable locations. Tenants frequently praise aspects like neighborliness and amenities such as water pressure and heating. However, significant challenges include persistent pest issues, notably roaches and occasional rodents, and inconsistent garbage management affecting cleanliness in common areas. Responsiveness from management is often slow or unreliable, with some tenants reporting poor follow-through and difficulties reaching the landlord. Security concerns, such as package theft and unreliable entry systems, have also been noted. While some tenants approve the owner and recommend the buildings, improvements in pest control, communication, and building security are advised for enhanced living conditions.

Good building overall

Pros

It's spacious and has lots of natural light. Rent stabilized and kinda "cheap" for a 3-bedroom.

Cons

Lots of roaches, no matter what you do and how clean you are. Even with the exterminator coming every month, we still find little ones. No cameras for security reasons, and I had a bunch of packages stolen.
