Terrible place management is unresponsive

In unit washer/dryer, quiet area, and safe
Cons
Management is consistently unresponsive, rude, and unprofessional. I have had to follow up multiple times just to get basic maintenance requests addressed, and communication has been extremely frustrating. Residents should not have to repeatedly chase management to get necessary issues taken care of. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Unresponsive apartment management, unhelpful super, no heat or hot water for extended periods of time, no electricity on various occasions.
