Clean building, loud neighbors

Never saw any bugs except in trash room
Cons:
Loud neighbors who throw parties a lot
Heat and air ends up costing a lot of money

The heat is very expensive due to poor window insulation

Good storage, exposed brick, high ceilings, laundry in building.
Cons:
No amenities, small stairs so hard to to move in and out, outdated kitchen appliances.

Responsive if you have something to report

Have good heat and hot water (besides typical nyc problems)
Cons:
Not always the quickest in getting things fixed. But they try.
Neighboring businesses can be loud.
Laundry room is not great - machines often don't work.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the laundry machines. Otherwise, I like it here.

Walter the porter is very kind.
Cons:
God bed bugs, there was no hot water for 5 weeks, and it flooded and there was 12 inches of water

Building is always clean. Management takes good care of the building and are very responsive.

Neighboring buildings can be loud sometimes
