Pros
The buildings had nice modern finishes, the bathrooms were well set up and clean, the washer and dryer in unit was great.
Cons
This was borderline untenable due to the noise from the restaurant bellow. It was so loud the windows rattled every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night from 9pm-4am. The restaurant owners and managers had little sympathy.
Advice to the owners
Get a new tenant for the restaurant.
Great building, few issues
Pros
I loved how well maintained it is. The washer/dryers. No pest issues to speak of! The management is great and responsive.
Cons
The restaurant downstairs sometimes hosts events that are loud. On the third floor it wasn’t too bad but the second I’m sure was way worse. Later on they started advertising the events so we could be prepared. Some mold in the bathroom and when there was a leak in the roof but that’s not exactly completely avoidable. It wasn’t too bad though, just had to hit it with some mold killer every month or so. Also noted that when we toured units on different floors, they were priced the same despite one being objectively worse - much smaller and no skylight in the living room. So be on the watch for that.
Advice to the owners
Make sure everyone has a front door key for if the keypad breaks. Again. Which it seems you did after the first time anyway.
