rent stabilized matches quality

Pros

More affordable units More spacious than most nyc apartments

Cons

Moldy bathroom Roaches despite own cleanliness Faulty entrance

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

last resort type of place....

Pros

Its kinda cheap , 10 minutes from the train and close to food places and stores

Cons

Youll be seeing crackheads outside,as well as inside the building ( they will try interacting or ringing ) The landlord will never get things done on time, you might not even really reach him . HORRIBLE ROACH ISSSUE to a point where i just eat outdoors now.

Advice to the owners

Get a new landlord or actually try fixing things if your gonna increase the rent . Less roaches and mices and actual things being done. Better security
