Buyer Beware of This Place!
Former Tenant
Pros:
train accessible/convenient location
Cons:
MAJOR safety hazards, entire backside of the building is exposed with visible decay/damage, rat/rodent problem, incredibly unresponsive property owner/landlord, incorrect set up of electricity meters--causing us to not have any power for several days and finding out we were paying for our neighbors electricity for months, no return of security deposit--property owner is unresponsive and inaccessible, the initial rental company we found the apartment through went "out of business", and there was no way to get in touch even after trying to submit a housing court claim.
Advice to owner:
show some decency and stop being a slumlord
