Sunny and Homey
Pros
I liked that there are only 3 apartments in the building, lots of sunshine and near good restaurants. The closets are huge and there is storage above the closet with high ceilings. The owner is friendly and was fair with rent increases.
Cons
Cockroaches on the bottom floor would make there way to the other floors. The heat has an on and off option only so it’s hard to regulate the temperature. Packages are left outside by some mail companies and stolen.
Advice to the owners
Add an electronic doorman, add washer/dryer to units
