Loud—auto shop across the street and lots of sirens due to the nearby emergency room

Great so far

Pros

Well-maintained, clean building with lovely amenities and super responsive maintenance/management. For what you're getting, it's hard to beat the dollar value, especially because the neighborhood is fun and everything you need is within a 5 minute walk, including 2 useful train lines.

Cons

The neighborhood itself is noisy, and within the building itself, there is the occasional noisy neighbor (especially if they have pets) which can be frustrating.

Advice to the owners

Making this a pet-free building would be a game changer
