Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of Benjamin Ohebshalom's buildings praise the management for being generally responsive and maintaining cleanliness, especially at 249 East 10 Street, with perks like included laundry and no rent increases for years. However, some buildings, notably around Sullivan Street and 2 Bank Street, face issues such as pest infestations, heating inconsistencies, noise problems, and occasional slow response times. Certain properties suffer from outdated appliances, security concerns, and maintenance delays. Management shows attentiveness in some cases but appears inconsistent across properties, with documented calls for better pest control, soundproofing, and improved common area upkeep. Prospective renters should expect mixed experiences depending on the specific building.
