Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of Benjamin Ohebshalom's buildings often note mixed experiences with management responsiveness—some buildings have timely and attentive management, while others suffer from delayed or inadequate responses. Maintenance issues such as heating problems, pest infestations, and noise disturbances are recurring concerns across properties. Cleanliness and garbage management vary significantly between buildings. Several tenants highlight attractive locations and friendly neighbors as positives, yet stress issues with outdated facilities, small apartments, and occasional security lapses like package theft. Overall, renters should expect variable building conditions and management quality, with responsiveness being inconsistent and maintenance needing improvement in many cases.
