This building is centrally located (c) openigloo and I feel like it’s (c) openigloo easy for me to get (c) openigloo anywhere in the city. Neighbors (c) openigloo are a nice mix of (c) openigloo younger and elderly tenants. Generally (c) openigloo a quiet street unless something (c) openigloo is going on in the (c) openigloo park next door.
Cons:
Management is has a bipolar (c) openigloo response to issues; sometimes it (c) openigloo will be a day or (c) openigloo two turnaround for a simple (c) openigloo issue other times it may (c) openigloo take days for them address (c) openigloo something more pressing (like the (c) openigloo heat not working)

Cons:
Landlord/management is awful. Ignore (c) openigloo messages, rent increases are absurd, (c) openigloo elevator is sketchy and doesn’t (c) openigloo work 50% of the time. (c) openigloo Packages stolen and they refuse (c) openigloo to review security cameras. On-site (c) openigloo super is awful (when he (c) openigloo is actually on site). He (c) openigloo also likes to “watch” people (c) openigloo from his security room - (c) openigloo in a predatory way. Dirty mop (c) openigloo buckets on all floors Laundry room (c) openigloo is small (you share it (c) openigloo with 224 building). Washers all (c) openigloo smell like mildew. They have (c) openigloo multiple violations that are on (c) openigloo the record that they don’t (c) openigloo fix, or are taking their (c) openigloo time. Units are never cleaned properly (c) openigloo before you move in. DO NOT (c) openigloo RENT unless you see it (c) openigloo in person. Photos are all (c) openigloo fake! Retaliation if you make (c) openigloo a request. They will not (c) openigloo renew your lease if you (c) openigloo ask for anything. Be prepared (c) openigloo to fix every issue on (c) openigloo your own.
Advice to owner:
Care. Keep tenants that don’t have parties, are quiet and pay rent on time.

Great location on Sullivan street (c) openigloo which is relatively quiet for (c) openigloo the area. Also, the koi (c) openigloo pond in the courtyard is (c) openigloo a really unique feature.
Cons:
Stairways were not well maintained (c) openigloo and pieces of tile were (c) openigloo missing from the floor. In (c) openigloo the winter, the heating did (c) openigloo not work well and I (c) openigloo had to buy multiple space (c) openigloo heaters. Additionally, the StreetEasy listings (c) openigloo are misleading because they virtually (c) openigloo stage furniture that couldn’t possibly (c) openigloo fit in reality.
Advice to owner:
Renovate stairwells and fix heating or better insulate windows.

Nobody has ever stolen packages (c) openigloo from the mail dropoff area.
Cons:
No effort to modernize or (c) openigloo make common areas nice: paint (c) openigloo is chipped throughout; stucco is (c) openigloo dated and haphazardly patched; threadbare (c) openigloo carpeting lines the stairwell. The (c) openigloo shared washer/dryer facilities in basement (c) openigloo regularly break down. Hot water (c) openigloo often goes out (and especially (c) openigloo on weekends it seems).
Advice to owner:
Would go a long way with residents to patch and paint common areas & replace worn carpeting in stairwell. And fix boiler once and for all to ensure residents have hot water they can rely on.

Location, restaurants around - basically (c) openigloo nothing about this building.
Cons:
Sky management is awful and (c) openigloo corrupted, David Moreira is the (c) openigloo worst property manager I have (c) openigloo ever dealt with. You should (c) openigloo be glad I was too (c) openigloo busy with work and did (c) openigloo not sue you.
Advice to owner:
Replace incompetent property managers.
