Pros

Building was inexpensive and relatively well-maintained. Eberhart Bros. was also responsive to maintenance requests. Overall nothing fancy but largely suitable, you get what you pay for.

Cons

Some pest issues (cockroaches) and very thin walls, so noise really carries--I could hear entire conversations from the unit next door. The guitar shop on the ground floor is also a nuisance, as the employees smoke, drink, and party outside frequently, which is an issue for street-facing tenants.
