Good place to live!

Pros

- Management sends out pest control every month, no issues - Great location, nice block - Good water pressure and water gets hot very quickly - Good mix of tenants, many have lived in the building for a long time and are very friendly - Super is responsive to issues

Cons

- Near a number of hospitals so there's quite a bit of noise from sirens - There's a steam funnel right outside the building and the fumes (which smell pretty bad) sometimes get into the building - Package thieves
