Old building- great first apartment
Pros
Management company is responsive. Some units have dishwashers, some have in unit laundry. Good light on street facing units. Decent price
Cons
TOUGH walk up. Garbage piles up. Mice in building. Super is extremely unresponsive. No laundry in building. No elevator

Run down - needs renovations
Pros
Location - close to the L. If you have the two units with private roof access it's ok.
Cons
Run down, lack of cleaning, mice, roaches, broken tile, mold
Advice to the owners
Renovate the building
