Tenants are great they keepthe block clean they help all the neighbors
Pros
The block is amazing it’s by the beach quiet in the house is horrible it’s falling apart
Cons
The house is about to fall on the tenants it’s falling apart and the landlord does not care does not do anything about it the foundation is broken it’s going to fall on the tendon soon
Advice to the owners
Get professionals to fix the house for the tenants so it does not fall on them and stop lying and saying you do repairs when you don’t
