Pretty tree-lined street
Pros
Lovely tree-lined neighborhood. Nice views and neighbors, no pests, bugs. Dog friendly. The apartment has nice light and is maintained. Subway, nice shops, restaurants, and a farmer's market just a couple of blocks away.
Cons
Crumbling facade, no upkeep. Garbage management is a challenge for landlord/management company. Inconsistent cleaning schedule for the hallway. Yearly rent increases of 14-16% + & currently only offering a month-to-month lease in 2026. Snow removal is slow in winter and makes for slippery/icy steps.
Advice to the owners
Repair the facade & crumbling steps. Get better management to improve experience for tenants.
