Great location, unit could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
-The location -One of two bedrooms super spacious -Recently added monthly exterminator -High ceilings -Responsive super
Cons:
-Super is responsive, but fixes are usually quick and don’t always last -Dark living room: no real windows -No power on one wall limits layouts -Unkept and inaccessible backyard -Small appliances in some units that don’t work well -Water pressure too good at times - water can get scalding -Bug problems (water bugs/roaches) -Price too high for lack of amenities
Advice to owner:
Consult with tenants for feedback more often. Make backyard accessible/add laundry in the basement.
