Corrupt & Mean

Pros

Location is great.

Cons

They fix nothing. The elevator is constantly broken. Right now it drops on every floor sending you into a panic. They are slum lords who don’t clean or fix anything. The elevator repair ppl who come monthly have said they need to spend a little money to replace the elevator. They won’t do it. Everyone has gotten trapped in there. Everything leaks and they patch it without fixing the leak and move tenants into apartments knowing they will start leaking. And the entire block is upset that the garbage on the sidewalk is never cleaned up after collection. it’s is the worst maintained building.

Advice to the owners

This is our home. It is not cheap. Give a f***k!!!
