Pros

Spacious apt. We didn't have problems often. When things were good they were very good. Didn't raise the rent much year over year.

Cons

Very hard to get a hold of management when there was a problem. Asked for things multiple times that never got fixed.

Old building but decent experience

Had no major problems during our one year lease.

Managing took 4 months to replace the ceiling lamp in our kitchen after multiple emails.
