Just don’t

Pros:
Nice neighbors, for the most part.
Cons:
Landlord is a piece of work. The ‘refurbishment’ was done as cheap as possible by unqualified work men. Nothing so straight or correct. The ‘walls’ are just dry wall in places. There are gaps between the boards too. The closet doesn’t fit clothes hangers, the floor boards have gaps, the trash was never done. Landlord stole our deposit.
Advice to owner:
Give up. You shouldn’t even try to be a landlord.
