Could be better could be worse

Pros:
I like the location and the apartment has nyc charm (open brick and loads of light). Also I really like the virtual doorman app
Cons:
Cleanliness of the building itself is lacking. Someone does a rough sweep maybe once a month and that’s about it. Also getting repairs fixed via contacting owner can take forever
Advice to owner:
The building should be cleaned at least once every two weeks

Management company is decently responsive about addressing any issues
Cons:
Minor mice issues but the management company is relatively quick to sent pest control out. Seems unavoidable sometimes given the area

40 Clinton St. was very clean and had good trash mamagement, but LOUD

Pros:
The buldings units were very clean and during the winter the heat worked well.
Cons:
Lived right next to a barking dog. Dog would bark all day and when management was contacted they did nothing about it.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the loud clients
