Great Super, Responsive management

Pros

The Super Lin is the best super that I have ever had. He doesn't live in the building but is very responsive by phone. I have not had much contact with management since I have moved in but no bad experiences so far. Clean building. Good neighbors.

Cons

Rent goes up every year.
