Living here is Meh
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great place for young families.multiple buses that goes to the transition
Cons:
Rowdy and inconsiderate neighbors, children playing by the window instead of the park downstairs. Charging tenants for repairs that should be managed by the property management. Delay in maintenance request. Dog poop everywhere. Dogs barking at all hours of the night
Advice to owner:
Consider revoking pet policy
