Pros
management is decently responsive and will send somebody when you file a maintenance report on the tenant portal
Cons
we have had issues with pests, specifically roaches, we have had success with keeping them out after taking several proactive measures, but without taking precautions they will pop up every so often or sometimes more. Bedrooms get really hot in the winter due to the steam radiators, and during freezing temperatures we have had issues with the heat going out
Advice to the owners
stop raising the rent!!

Pros
One huge bedroom Kitchen is a separate from the living room and has a good amount of room Deep sink and new fridge Sunny windows in every bedroom Living room is a decent size
Cons
*Not an ADA Accessible apartment building* Random wall closing off the living room space No window in living room very small bathroom and the shower hasn’t been upgraded toilet is right infront of the sink so really hard for tall people to use other two bedrooms are quite small
Advice to the owners
i would recommend upgrading the apartment before increasing the rent
