A Charming Residence with Room for Improvement
Pros
Located in a great neighborhood on a residential block. Apartments have charming features like archways and unique character. Most residents are kind and easy to live with. Residential leasing department is responsive.
Cons
Super can be challenging to reach and somewhat unresponsive. Pest issues have occurred and took time to resolve. Limited laundry facilities with only 4 washers for two buildings. Noise from upstairs neighbors can be disruptive.
Advice to the owners
Improve communication and responsiveness of the super and maintenance team. Expand the laundry facilities to accommodate more residents. Ensure security is up to par; often times I come home and the front door to the building is open.

Cons
No ramp in the lobby. It's difficult to get a stroller in and out of the building. Water pressure is bad and it takes 10 minutes or more for the water to get hot on the sixth floor. Basement feels dirty and not as well kept The management company is super slow to respond and doesn't care if you've been a long term, incredible tenant. They would rather give incentives to someone new than keep a current tenant.
