Former tenant·20 minutes ago

Bad, but tolerable

Pros

Major pro of this building is that it has in-unit washer and dryer, which is a luxury in the city. This is the biggest upside to living at 360 W 51.

Cons

Persistent rodent issue. I lived here for 2 years and we had tiny mice 2-3x a year. We only ever knew because we had a cat that would chase them. In the winter, the units get extremely cold and radiators aren’t that strong. There was one winter night where there was no warm water. To make matters worse, management isn’t super responsive/friendly.

Pros

Large apartments with plenty of space

Cons

Hot water boiler at least once a year, apartments get very cold during winter. Occasional mice issues.
