Amenities are high quality and (c) openigloo maintained daily. Management and reception (c) openigloo are always responsive almost immediately. (c) openigloo Appliances in the apartments are (c) openigloo high quality as well.
Cons:
The oven is not a (c) openigloo true oven - it works (c) openigloo but it is a microwave (c) openigloo and an oven combined and (c) openigloo very small. The hallways can (c) openigloo be loud as the building (c) openigloo is largely young people.

Cons:
Roaches. It’s infested with roaches. (c) openigloo Market rate for roaches is (c) openigloo insane and shouldn’t be legal. (c) openigloo Pest control will come every (c) openigloo 2 weeks and roaches persist. (c) openigloo I just moved in and (c) openigloo I can’t wait to move (c) openigloo tf out. Don’t let the (c) openigloo renovations (which are poorly done) (c) openigloo and 2 months free rent (c) openigloo fool you. This place is (c) openigloo lipstick on a pig.
Advice to owner:
Fumigate the entire fucking building before you charge market rate.

Rent is okay. But even (c) openigloo through housing connect it isn't (c) openigloo like the discount is crazy.
Cons:
Very unresponsive. Seems like a (c) openigloo massive company with a bunch (c) openigloo of back office people pushing (c) openigloo the tenant's complaints around. Super (c) openigloo is probably overworked and never (c) openigloo seems to respond. You will (c) openigloo really feel how little they (c) openigloo care about you once sign (c) openigloo their lease. Good luck getting (c) openigloo any repair done in any (c) openigloo timely manner. Have had a (c) openigloo leaky fixture for over 2 (c) openigloo months now and I keep (c) openigloo getting the run around

Poorly Managed - Think Twice?

We were new to the (c) openigloo city and country - this (c) openigloo building was the only one (c) openigloo willing to lease to tenants (c) openigloo without social security or credit.
Cons:
Simply poor management. It took (c) openigloo many months to process a (c) openigloo simple registration process, and the (c) openigloo air conditioners that were promised (c) openigloo by the realtors were never (c) openigloo installed.
Good Building, Poor Construction Communication

General good condition maintenance-wise, two (c) openigloo modern elevators, in building laundry, (c) openigloo good residents/neighbors, supermarket on ground (c) openigloo floor is very convenient, very (c) openigloo good commute to most of (c) openigloo Manhattan with 2/3 and 6 (c) openigloo stations nearby

Active and noisy construction with (c) openigloo little notice to affected occupants, (c) openigloo including construction of temporary partitions (c) openigloo that reduce usable habitation area; (c) openigloo one elevator is unreliable and (c) openigloo frequently goes temporarily out of (c) openigloo service

Better communication about construction schedule and milestones (when each side will be blocked off, when facade work for each side is expected to complete, etc)

Their tenat formerly known as (c) openigloo INFINITE NAILS NOW FUSION NAILS (c) openigloo damaged my belongings; Manhattan Civil (c) openigloo Court ordered them to pay (c) openigloo on December 4, 2023 and (c) openigloo STILL have not paid $616 (c) openigloo which is now $1,152 including (c) openigloo interest by NYS Law! However, they (c) openigloo charge Black Women $100 for (c) openigloo fake acrylic nails in which (c) openigloo they don't wear; not to (c) openigloo mention they earn $1000 per (c) openigloo day but STILL have not (c) openigloo paid! This matter has been (c) openigloo ongoing since 2021! I would ask (c) openigloo rhe Landlord to REMOVE this (c) openigloo tenant from the premises as (c) openigloo they TAKE the community's money (c) openigloo and DAMAGE the community's property! The (c) openigloo Harlem officials are now involved!
