its a great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
clean, equipped, well maintained. the super is friendly. easy rent payments.
Cons:
garbage rooms not cleaned often.
the street is quite noisy if your unit is facing it.
the media room is full with someone's personal stuff so it cannot be used.
Advice to owner:
generally really pleased with the management.
