do not live here, they are slumlords

Pros:
The maintenance guy was very nice
Cons:
-undisclosed roach infestation, would not pay for exterminator and instead provided us with caulk and roach bait to solve the issue
-rodents
-massive leak in the ceiling next to light fixture that went ignored by building for days,
0 urgency in repairing despite reports from 3 tenants. tenants from the floor above us had a massive hole in their ceiling for months and every time the floor above them flushed the toilet, wanted would pour from the ceiling into their bathroom.
-crazy high gas bill over $200 a month

Location is nice and water pressure is good
Cons:
The building has many rats, large roaches and places for them to enter, many bugs and rats come from the basement and the property owner is not good at getting back about repairs or sending exterminators
