Management and Super are Non Existent
Pros
Very quiet, nice neighbors, updated appliances
Cons
Super and management are not responsive or helpful. Hallways and lobby are filthy and packages are stolen often. Garbage outside the building always overflowing. No laundry or any amenities.

Great place overall!
Pros
Awesome location. Management is mostly responsive. The apt is newly renovated and has great lighting.
Cons
The maintenance contractors aren’t very responsive or effective so it’s hard to get things fixed. They’re nice people though and will come by eventually. The soundproofing between floors of the building is pretty bad.
