Mostly Positive Experience
Pros
Great neighborhood and very close to the J/M/Z and L. Everything you need nearby. The owner and the super live in the building. Hallways were very clean, and the trash is always taken care of. They also have the building sprayed almost monthly so there are no pests. I saw maybe one or two roaches in the two plus years that I lived there. They are very responsive to any issues and communicate if there are disruptions due to repairs.
Cons
Late notice on rent increases and increases in general. Unit was mostly up to date. But like most landlords, it seemed the increases came just because they could. Not because you were getting anything else with your lease.
