Former Tenant
Pros:
The infrastructure arches
Cons:
Superintendent lets people smoke in the hallways Superintendent doesn’t take repair requests seriously and/or responds very unprofessionally Property Manager Evelyn also very unprofessional talks to people like an animal Jaime doesn’t care at all about the conditions in which people live. Trash chute never gets cleaned Building culture of leaving trash outside of trash chute Infestation of roaches and mice

Building is falling apart, old elevator, smelly building, not secure.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good pricing but not worth it. The condition of building is bad and needs major repair
Cons:
Practically everything I said before old building with old elevator, smells bad, people smokes marijuana and cigarettes in lobby, basement in horrible condition, not enough washer dryer and always gets messed up, there are rats big once, windows are falling apart, the garbage shoot smells like they never clean it up always smells, a roach infestation, and much more.
Advice to owner:
Stop being so cheap and invest in your building because when real actual inspectors come to inspect this building, you will get this building shut down and the rest this company owns and is not fair for the tenants that live here. Stop paying on the side these fake elevator inspectors so that you won’t get a fail inspections. Invest in putting an entire new elevators on both sides and invest in the building entirely.
