Pros:
One of the doorman is super nice, good location, small building that you'd never worry about missing packages
Cons:
Right near the lincoln Tunel.

The Lewis - overall good building

Staff is very friendly and helpful, clean, roofdeck is great
Cons:
Occasionally loud near tunnel. apartments can get warm because of large windows

Building is nice, management is fine

Nice building with clean premises
Management is mostly responsive with maintenance requests but still hasn’t replaced an overhead lightbulb and it’s been a year
Cons:
Doors are loud and don’t close or open without kicking/slamming
Soundproofing is not great - can hear neighbors slamming their doors, talking in hallways, and partying
Location is sketchy if you head east
