Not the best

Pros:
The amenities, when they are open, are very nice. Great views, and apartments themselves are new, clean, quiet. Building staff are excellent.
Cons:
Far from the subway. Lots of construction. Amenities have weird hours and are often closed or not included in the amenities fee. Management is not super responsive.

Pros:
- Good lighting in units, relatively well maintained
- Quick maintenance turn-around time
- Friendly staff
- Trash room well maintained
- Quiet and respectful neighbors on my floor, but YMMV
Cons:
Halcyon is a bit slow and annoying to deal with when you have issues, but they'll eventually respond if you keep pushing them.
